Dr Eleanor Wilkinson is a Lecturer in Human Geography at the University of Southampton. Eleanor’s research focuses on intimacy, care, inequalities, social justice, housing and home. Eleanor was previously the principal investigator on a British Academy funded project titled ‘Solitary Spaces? Single People’s Networks of Care in Contemporary Britain’.
Dr Iliana Ortega-Alcázar is a research fellow in Human Geography at the University of Southampton. Iliana’s research interests are in housing, home, migration, belonging, urban space and the social life of cities. Iliana has lectured at Birkbeck, the London School of Economics, and Brunel University. Iliana was previously Research Associate at Queen Mary, University of London for the project ‘Place, Culture, and Film: An Investigation of Migrants’ Health Making Practices.’
